Just can't say enough wonderful things about Michael and Team Northwoods. Michael is very conscientious about the quality of his work, conscious of the aesthetic appearance of the dish on the house so that it is out of the way, and makes sure that everything is running properly before he leaves. He's fast for service/installation and will help with any problem (if there even is any!) after the installation. Simply a real pleasure to work with!!!

After years of agonizing, frustrating dial up service, we made the move to Exede. It has been an amazing change. Although it is more expensive, the speed and convenience are priceless! We also love the fact that our phone is not compromised by Internet use. We would highly recommend Wild Blue to anyone wanting a convenient dependable provider with great technical support.
This is the best internet service ever! We have tried many internet services for the business and this is the only dependable service we have ever received. If we ever have a problem, there is someone here within 8 hrs to get us up and running. Which, by the way, doesn’t happen, but maybe once in the last 2 years of having this service? Mike, Mary Lu is very satisfied with your service. Since she works out of our home (for the U.S. largest insurance broker), she needs to have fast access to the company's computer network in Chicago. The few problems we initially had you promptly came to our house and repaired. We recommend Team Northwoods to the highest extent.
We are very satisfied with the Team Northwoods, I am connected all the time, with working at home it free's up my landline and I never have any problems getting onto a website or when sending email or receiving it is FAST! Never waiting to connect like we had with dial up then hoping you would not be disconnected. We are very pleased with the service we have and especially recommend this to anyone who still has dial up!
